We are in Chesapeake, VA, and specialize in brokering land and timber in Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.

Our company caters to purchasing and selling lots, acreage, commercial and industrial properties, commercial and industrial development, and custom and modular homes.

Mr. Turner has 36 years of experience in the land and timber industry and was inspired and mentored by Mr. S. V. Camp III of Camp and Associates (Courtland, VA) and Emil A. Viola of ViCo Construction Inc. (Chesapeake, VA).

Several of our clients include ViCo Construction Inc., Camp & Associations, and CDSI Inc., three of the biggest developers in Southeastern Virginia.
